Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Freddaki platform (website, app, or related services), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. The service

Freddaki provides a digital loyalty platform that allows cafés to issue stamps and rewards to customers, and customers to collect and redeem stamps. The service is provided to cafés on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Creating accounts for others without permission or using someone else's account is prohibited.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Café subscriptions are billed as a single monthly charge as shown in our app and pricing page.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access accounts that do not belong to you, interfering with the platform, scraping user data, uploading malicious code, or using the service for illegal purposes.

6. Stamps and loyalty rewards

Stamps and rewards are issued at the discretion of each café. Freddaki is not a party to the loyalty agreements between cafés and customers. Rewards are non-transferable and have no monetary value unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual property

The name, logo, and platform Freddaki belong to Freddaki Loyalty Ltd. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freddaki is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of stamps, rewards, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Privacy Policy).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
